The Farmhouse
Built in 1880 and added to over the years, the house sleeps 10 across four bedrooms and two baths, with room to spread out and large dining tables to bring everyone back together.
The great room
A vaulted wood ceiling, wagon-wheel chandeliers and a fieldstone fireplace with a wood stove you're welcome to use. We leave firewood to get you started. There's a big sectional sofa, a reading corner, and doors out to the yard.

Bedrooms and baths
Four bedrooms sleep up to 10: two on the first floor and two upstairs. Both bathrooms are on the first floor, one attached to the primary bedroom and one just off the kitchen.

Primary bedroom
First floor. A king bed, a TV and its own full bathroom, with windows on two sides that look out over the property.
Second bedroom
First floor. A queen bed and a closet, a few steps from the second bathroom.

Third bedroom
Upstairs, at the top of the stairs. A full bed and an armoire, with views out over the fields.
Fourth bedroom
Upstairs. A queen bed and a full bed, with a closet. It sleeps four, so it works well for kids or a family sharing.
Downstairs, a partially finished basement has a TV and a stash of toys and games, for when the kids need their own room or the weather turns. Heating and air conditioning throughout, and wifi.
The kitchen
A cook's kitchen: a four-burner gas range, a large island with stools, and a farm table right in the room, so whoever is cooking stays part of the conversation.

Always stocked in the kitchen:
Coffee and tea. Coffee, tea and honey, with a drip coffee maker, a French press, a Chemex carafe with filters for pour-overs, and an espresso maker.
Oils and vinegars. Olive oil, neutral oil, red wine vinegar, and apple cider vinegar.
Basic spices. Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, cumin, chili powder, paprika, and oregano.
Baking basics. Flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, and baking powder.
Supplies. Foil, parchment, plastic wrap, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponges, and trash bags.
Tools. Sharp knives, cutting boards, a cast iron skillet, a stock pot, sheet pans, mixing bowls, and a blender.

Dining areas
The house has two dining areas, ideal for group meals and holiday celebrations. The kitchen table seats six comfortably, with two more stools at the island, and the dining room has a large table that seats eight.
